Dance fitness that inspires the minds and transforms the body, while teaching the skills of dance.  Inspired by TV's "Dancing with the Starts", this energizing class blends dancing with the calorie blasting properties of a fitness class.  It's partner free, requires no prior dance experience and uses a wide variety of music in the class.  No class: 12/23-1/1
