Meditation is the practice of training the mind, body, and emotions to be calm, centered, and relaxed. This practice least to improved physical health, emotional stability, mental clarity, stress management, and inner peace. You will learn basic techniques of meditation with primary focus on the breath. Gentle yoga stretches will be used to prepare for meditation. You will also learn how to integrate meditation and mindfulness into your daily life. This class is open to all skill levels. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a blanket, mat, or cushion to sit on. Chairs will be available for those who desire them. No class 12/23-1/1
