Drums Alive Golden Beats - Fall 24 • Register • View Cart •

Stimulate the mind and body with cardio drumming, stretch and tone, creative dance and get fit.  Classes are designed for seated to standing workouts using stability balls, buckets, drumsticks, scarves, maracas for a whole body-brain workout.  All equipment provided - No experience needed.
