On the third Saturday in September, the RecPlex will be filled with rhythmic Latin beats, and the smooth Ballroom moves of Zumba and LaBlast.  Participants of all ages and backgrounds will be here to celebrate the joy of movement.  Whether you're a seasoned dancer or a two-left-feet enthusiast, there's a place for you here.  We're here to raise awareness about the transformative  power of dance.  Did you know that dancing improves balance, reduces stress, and boosts brain function?  It's like a magic potion for your body and soul.
