Swim Lessons - Adult Winter
Adult Beginner Swim Lessons are for adults who have no swimming
experience. Basic water skills will be taught from blowing bubbles,
floats, gliding, treading water and basic strokes

Adult Advanced Beginner Swim Lessons is for the swimmer who is
comfortable in water but lacks skill techniques. Basic water skills will be
taught including floats, gliding, treading and basic strokes.

Adult Intermediate Swim Lessons is for the more advanced swimmer
who wants to learn better stroke technique, fitness swimming and turns.
Instructions are tailored to individual experience levels
