Inward Dive
Diving Lessons are for youth ages 6 years old to 18 years old.  We offer three different levels of Diving Lessons:  Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced/High School.

BEGINNER
This class is an introduction to springboard diving. Participants must be able to do head-first dive off the side of the pool and jump off the diving board unassisted while being able to swim in deep water. Emphasis will be on learning basics of how to go off the board, beginning dives and diving safety.

INTERMEDIATE
Expand your springboard diving skills. Participants will be introduced to competitive dives. Must be able to dive head first, forwards, and backwards off the diving board.

ADVANCED/HIGH SCHOOL
Divers must be 9 years old to 18 years old. Divers must have completed Intermediate Diving requirements or completed a WTRP diving evaluation. Please contact Patti Hickey at ohkdiving@gmail.com for dive evaluations. This class is designed for the recreational diver who would like to improve their basic skills and have emphasis on learning the Ohio High School Diving standards. It is a continuation of Intermediate Diving with an emphasis on front and back board work, proper diving techniques, diving safety and competitive dives.
