RecPlex Small Group training is for users of all experience levels.  Each group fitness class will be with a fitness instructor in the RecPlex Fitness Center.  Variations, modifications, and alternatives will be provided to assure that you feel like the workout is appropriate for you!  While in your group fitness class, you will have all the equipment you need for the workout (Kettlebells, dumbbells, Plyo boxes, bands etc.)  Sessions are 45 minutes long and are designed to help you reach your goals.  Your instructor will provide feedback and proper form,  intensity/weight, and timing.
