Inward Dive
Diving Clinics are for youth ages 6 years old to 18 years old.  We offer two different levels:  Beginners who can do a head-first dive off the side of the pool, jump off the diving board, and comfortable in the deep water. Intermediate/Advanced students who are able to do front/back dive and have experience on the diving board.

BEGINNER
This class is an introduction to springboard diving. Participants must be able to do head-first dive off the side of the pool and jump off the diving board unassisted while being able to swim in deep water. Emphasis will be on learning basics of how to go off the board, beginning dives and diving safety.
