Dual Depth Aqua Fit Fall 25 • Register • View Cart •

This class replaces the previous Shallow Water class and can be done in the shallow or the deep. Participants can choose which depth they prefer when they register. This low-impact, high-intensity workout provides cardiovascular, strength, core, flexibility and toning benefits. Deep water participants will wear a flotation belt for safety and to maintain alignment.
