Adult swim lessons are for people ages 14 and older.  We offer two adult classes:  Adult Beginner and a Combined Adult Advance Beginner and Adult Intermediate.

ADULT BEGINNER
Adult Beginner Swim Lessons are for adults who have no swimming experience. Basic water skills will be taught from blowing bubbles, floats, gliding, treading water and basic strokes.

COMBINED ADULT ADVANCE BEGINNER AND ADULT INTERMEDIATE
Adult Advanced Beginner Swim Lessons is for the swimmer who is comfortable in water but lacks skill techniques. Basic water skills will be taught including floats, gliding, treading and basic strokes. Adult Intermediate Swim Lessons is for the more advanced swimmer who wants to learn better stroke technique, fitness swimming and turns. Instructions are tailored to individual experience levels.
