Youth Swim Lessons are for children ages 6 years old to 13 years old. We offer four different skill levels of Youth Swim Lessons: Level 1 (30 minutes each class) and Levels 2, 3, & 4 (45 minutes each class for these upper levels).
LEVEL 1
Level 1 students focus on elementary skills- breath control, supported floating, water entry and exit and alternating arm action.

LEVEL 2
Level 2 pursues fundamental skills- floating without support, recovering to a vertical position and gliding and swimming on back/front with face in the water blowing bubbles.

LEVEL 3
Level 3 progresses to the front crawl with rotary breathing and elementary backstroke, scissor kick, dolphin kick, backstroke and head first dives.

LEVEL 4
Level 4 improves skills and increases endurance, with an introduction to the back crawl and breaststroke.
