Diving Lessons - Fall 26
Our diving lessons are designed to help swimmers build confidence, improve technique, and learn safe diving skills in a supportive environment. Students will work on body position, takeoffs, entries, and progressions based on their experience level. Whether your child is brand new to diving or looking to build toward competitive skills, our instructors will help them grow at a pace that is safe and appropriate for their ability.
Diving 1 is perfect for beginners or younger students who are new to diving. This class focuses on water safety, confidence, basic diving positions, proper entries, and swimming safely back to the side after a dive. Students will learn foundational skills in a fun and encouraging environment.
This class is recommended for students who have never taken a diving class, are 10 years old or younger, or are still working on swimming quickly and safely back to the side after a dive.
Diving 2 is designed for students who already have some diving experience and are ready to continue improving their skills. This class focuses on building stronger technique, improving body control, learning more advanced dives, and developing skills that can help prepare students for competitive diving.
This class is recommended for students who have taken at least one diving class, are strong swimmers, are interested in improving toward competitive diving, and are at least 11 years old.
