During the class, they will go over auto belay and belay certification. This will include learning to tie into the rope, how to take out slack when belaying, and how to safely lower someone. Auto Belay requirements: weight 22-226 pounds, ages 4-15 must have a gaurdian with them 18 years or older, all participants need a waiver. This class will also learn to attach the caribiner , slow climb, and properly completed, you will receive a card to belay. You will be able to belay during open climb or for special events or on your own. No classes 12/22-1/3

Led by certified instructor, Grecia Garcia-Rodriguez, the American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED course equips students to recognize and care for a variety of first aid, breathing and cardiac emergencies involving adults, children and infants. It is designed for students who need a certification that satisfies OSHA workplace or other regulatory requirements. Upon successful completion, a valid 2-year digital certificate for Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED is issued.This class will be taught entirely in spanish.

Develop strength, balance, problem-solving skills, and mental resilience. Rock Climbing I (Ages 4-6)  - Allows young beginners the opportunity to climb and boulder on our 24-foot high wall.Rock Climbing II (Ages 7-12) - Includes climbing and bouldering games and competitions along with conditioning elements.Home School Climbing Wall- (Ages 6-17)- Focuses on time dedicated to home school students.

Taught by Ehud Borovoy, personal trainer and Krav Maga instructor. For the intermediate class participation is conditioned on taking beginner classes 3 times befor or with instructor approval.  Location:  RecPlex East, Room A
